Description:

The electric heater is mainly consist of pressure vessel, heating elements, control cabinet and skid, which form the high efficiency and energy saving equipment.

The heating elements are arranged evenly inside the electric heater, the heated medium goes through the pressure vessel which directly heated by the heating elements to reach the required temperature of the process.

Set over-temperature protection thermocouple inside the electric heater,once the medium over-temperature, the heater will disconnect immediately to protect the heating elements.Also set thermocouple at the outlet of the heated medium to measure the outlet temperature, the automatic constant temperature control cabinet pressure regulating systemaccurately control the output power of the electric heater to ensure the outlet temperature error is less than ± 1 ℃.
