Description:

EthyleneIndirect electric heating carburetor is a efficient and energy-saving equipment which set the heating and heat exchange as a whole. It is made by horizontal structure that mainly composed of three parts which like carburetor shell,heat exchanger and electric heating tube.

Ethylene Indirect electric heating carburetor heat methanolin the shell by 16 electric heating tube. Put ethylene into the exchange tube, the 16 electric heating tube heat methanol under the carburetor shell to make it gasification, all the heat goes to the top of shell, when

methanolgas contact ethylene in the exchange tube, hot and cold meet,methanol gas turns to condensed water and goes to the bottom of the shell, then heat it by the exchange tube again and so on, Neither consumed methanol, ethylene in the exchange tube can be heated to the desired temperature.
