Description

This product is mainly consist of connection chamber, cooling area and heating elements. The power is 1980KW,which is calculated according to the parameters provided by the customer.

Set over-temperature protection thermocouple inside the electric heater, once the medium over-temperature, the heater will disconnect immediately to protect the heating elements.

Features

Heating area is the main part of the electric heater core, its internal with uniform arrangement of U-shaped tubular electric heating element, K type thermocouple and baffle plate etc. Cooling area is located between the heating area and the connection area, the main role is to isolate the heated gas into the connection chamber to prevent the heating element terminals from long-term using at high temperature conditions to affect the performance.

The material of the heating element is 0Cr18Ni10Ti and flange is 16MnII,the element O.D. is Φ16 and wall thickness is 1.5mm,Cr20Ni80 heating wire produced by Shanghai Alloy Plant packed with magnesium oxide insulation enclosed in the tubular element sheath can maintain good insulation properties at 800℃.They are designed and manufactured in compliance with GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres," General Requirements "", GB3836.3-2010 "flameproof electrical equipment" d "" requirements, and certificated by the National Quality Supervision and Testing Center of explosion-proof products.
