Product Description
FULLY AUTOMATIC SOAP WRAPPING MACHINE
MODEL : AP 7 2 S
This machine find its application in toilet soap, detergent soap and laundry soap wrapping. Soaps can be packed in poly coated paper along with the paper stiffener. Using paper stiffener is an option.
Machine has 2 axis servo controls for controlling cut length of poly coated paper and stiffener as per the need of the application in regards to the dimensions of the soaps to be packed. The machine also has a digital HMI controller for one touch cut length selection.
Maximum achievable speed of machine is 225 pieces per minute depending upon the dimension of the soap, simple design of the machine results in minimum change over time of less than 30 minutes for different sizes of soaps.
Machine is highly successful in packing both toilet soaps and laundry soaps, there are 8 fixed/adjustable turrets on the machine.
Very slow Inch selection provide higher precision in cut lengths of paper and stiffener.
Standard Sea Worthy packing in wooden box which are well fumigated and with inner lining of thick plastic sheet. Boxes are easy to handle with crane and fork-lift.
Handling and Shipping Marks well described on the wooden boxes for ease to handling.
Shipping can be done within 2 weeks from confirmed Purchase order and payment.
