FULLY AUTOMATIC POWDER PACKING MACHINE

This machine is used for packing all sorts of free flowing powders in plastic sachets or plastic pouches. The machine is designed to handle any heat seal-able plastic film or laminated plastic film with printing or without printing.

We manufacture machines to pack powders from 5 grams up-to 1 kg using volumeteric cup filling mechanism. Filling is done by volumeteric  cups that can be changed as per the desired volume to be packed / filled in the sachets or pouches.

It is a complete automatic pouch packing machine having a PLC controller, there are 2 different types of sealers on the machine one for horizontal sealing and one for vertical sealing. To provide precision sealing we have equipped the machine with motion sensor and color sensors. Sealing area can be changed by using the controls of this sensors.

Machine can produce Center Sealed Pouches, Three side sealed pouches or four side sealed pouches as per the application of the buyer. It can provide single-single pouches or thread of pouches as per the need.
