Automatic Liquid Pouch Packing Filling Machine

 This mahcine is used for pakcing low density viscous liquids in plastic sachets. Machine is mainly used for packing oil sachets, milk sachets, soya milk sachets, lubrication oil sachets, juice pouches, liquid sachets, cosmetics pouch packing.

Machine has its own product tank or an infeed pump for providing infeed product to the mahcine. The machine has two different types of sealers: Horizontal sealer for horizontal sealing and vertical sealer for vertical sealing. 

Machines can be supplied for center sealed pouches/ sachets, 3 side sealed sachets / pouches or 4 side sealed sachets / pouches.

All the machines provides 100% leakproof sealing for which laboratory test report for the sealing strenght of the machine is always given to buyer on request.

This machines finds it application in dairy industry, cosmetics industry, edible oil industry, lubrication oil industry, perfume industry, liquor industry e.t.c.

Machine can be made to pack 5ml liquid upto 5000ml liquid as per the application of the buyer.

All variants are made up of Stainless Steel and all contact parts are also made from Stainless Stell which provides long life to the machine along with anti-corrosion property.

 Standard Sea Worthy packing in wooden box which are well fumigated and with inner lining of thick plastic sheet. Boxes are easy to handle with crane and fork-lift.

Handling and Shipping Marks well described on the wooden boxes for ease to handling. 

Shipping can be done within 2 weeks from confirmed Purchase order and payment.

Ans.: YES it can pack milk, oil or any viscous liquids in plastic sachets / pouches.

Ans.: YES it is a pouch packing machine for pakcing liquids

3. Can this machine pack pastes?

Ans.: It can pack some of the pastes depending upon the density of the paste.

4. Can this machine pack carbonated liquids?

Ans.: No

5. Does this mahcine produce continous pouches or single-single pouches?

Ans.: It can do both, but you need to provide your application as it has to be incorporated during manufacturing of the machine.

6. Doe this machine produce "Zig-Zag" sealing?

Ans.: Yes if needed it can provide "Zig-Zag Sealing.
