Sheet laminating machine for solventfree adhesives
Complete line for laminating paper and cardboard sheets with solventfree adhesives.
Suggested solvent-free adhesive to use:
Henkel PU glue: lioful 7515 ()
Lamination: at room temperature, no need heating, saving power.
Glue quantity applied: 2-3g per m2, saving glue greatly.
SL-1020PUR automatic film laminating machine consisting of:
- Sheet feeder Mabeg
- Sheet alignment with double sheet cleaning
- Laminating unit with film unrolling, coating unit, laminating calender and sheet separator
- PU glue supply system (PU glue pump)with 200L drum
- Sheet stacker Mirus with blow-down system for sheet end
- Data input for electronic guiding and control system

- 5 glue distributor rollers

Guarantee
The output of the line and the quality of laminating depend on the following factors:
- Thickness, quality and running direction of the sheets
- Temperature and humidity of the sheets and the environmental air
- Type and temperature of adhesive
- Type, quality and powdering of the printing inks

Strengthen the fastness of lamination greatly,especially suitable for the spot color lamination of black or red.

Without solvent pollution of solvent based lamination; Without influence of dispersing agent in water based lamination. Adhesive has been approved by the FDA Food and Drug Administration, it is the authentic green and environmental protection lamination.
Low cost: Low glue-spread amount,2.0 to 3.0g/m2 only,adhesive cost can reduce 30%.
