Structure and configuration: 

1. Electrical parts: This equipment uses imported motors, Korean frequency converters, imported electrical originals, and heavy-duty hydraulic devices. They all use famous domestic brands, which are durable and have a service life of up to 20-30 years.

2. Metal plate part: All our main plate ribs are Baosteel cold plates that reach the international advanced level. Use the German TRUMPF laser cutting machine to perform high-precision drilling and cutting (to ensure cutting accuracy and no burrs on the hole), and the Italian GASPARINI bending machine bending and forming at one time. The accuracy of gold plate is the highest among the current lamination machines. However, some manufacturers can only make up for the accuracy of the plate metal that does not meet the accuracy requirements.

3. Functional parts:

   1. Manual paper feeding;

   2. The paper feeding table baffle can be adjusted according to the paper width;

   3. Heating method: The electric heating tube is heated, the temperature rises rapidly, and the temperature can be adjusted accordingly according to the requirements of the composite film;

   4. Pressure method: The manual hydraulic system can provide stable and large pressure to ensure the quality of the composite film;

   5. The drilling hob can roll out a row of small holes at the edge of the film to facilitate paper slitting.

   6. A film slitting knife can cut a wide and longer film roll (relative to paper specifications). The excess film after cutting is left on the membrane loading shaft;

   7. Reeling scroll: The paper after the film is reeling is automatically reeled by the reeling scroll. The winding speed can be adjusted as needed. After the roll is collected, the paper is manually cut.

   8. The integrated forming section design increases the stability of machine operation and extends the service life of the equipment.

4. Special functions:

   1. Anti-coil function: gravity pull-up anti-coil design, unpole gear adjustment, effectively solving the problem of single-sided coating curling of materials of different thicknesses.

   2. Automatic paper collection device: The paper output structure and the winding device are perfectly combined to achieve fast and convenient paper collection, reduce personnel operations, and improve the quality and efficiency of the coating.

   3. Edge trimming knife slitting device: During the coating process, quickly cut off the film of excess width, and coat a whole piece of paper. There is a thread knife on the film, and it will be manually pulled off without trimming.

   4. Closed line design device: After the coating is finished, it can be quickly paging. This dual function can achieve the finished product requirements at one time.

   5. Bolded hard chrome plating roller: The film steel roller adopts hard chrome plating process and mirror polishing, which is suitable for high-required coating, high pressure, and good coating quality.

   6. Increase the hydraulic cylinder device: greater pressure, high stability, durability, better film effect in the cover, and no snowflake points. Easy to control and can achieve a wide range of stepless speed regulation.
