Film laminating process
It is a surface process after printing, It also has been called after the printed plastic, gluing or film laminating, it is refer to use the film laminating machine to cover 0.012~0.020mm transparent plastic film on the surface of printed product to form a unity of paper and plastic products processing technology. Generally, depending on the coating process can be divided two kinds: film laminating and thermal film laminating; depending on the film material can be divided two kinds: gloss film and Matt film.

Film laminating advantages:
It can increase the concentration and brightness of color, enhance color contrast, but also waterproof, will not stick dirty. Meanwhile, the tension, the smoothness, anti-aging, the physical properties of tear resistance, puncture of paper, etc...there is a general increase in physical performance, reducing the paper was affected by water to caused deformation and damage, and improve the rigidity and stability of printed products, greatly improving the added value of printed products.
*Automatic film laminating machine main process:
Feeding paper →removing powder →coating →drying →laminating → Cutting → delivery paper
1) Feeding paper: it is adopted the servo control system, and suitable for different paper to feeding. The maximum pile height 1000mm, non-stop pre-stacker equipment, easy to operate; using high-speed printing paper feeder to feeding, precisely to feeding paper, don’t need lubrication, not easy to wear, easy to operate.
2) Removing powder: vertical adjustment heating, chrome calendering roller, effectively remove dust of the surface of the paper, to increase the brightness of the film laminating, saving glue consumption.
3) Coating: Roller precise coating by ceramic anilox roll. Separate operation to save cleaning time, plus special immersion reverse squeegee, With the machine, the speed can be changed, cyclic linked feeding, coating uniform.
4) Dry: It is adopting upright special oven designed making stable to drying at operation, does not cause offset and contraction, special drying system and automatic temperature control, making the effective water-based glue dry, fast reaction.
5) Laminate: hard chrome laminating rollers, built-in electric systems and automatic temperature control device, temperature distribution. Automatic type oil pressure tank to control laminating pressure, making the upper and lower rollers force the pressure balance.
6)Cut: disc rotating blade cutting paper, cutting speed fine control. With speed laminating machine automatically increase or decrease.
7) Delivery paper: Pneumatic type bilateral jogger, electric eye control, automatic delivery paper with the paper counters, with non-stop delivery equipment to effectively improve work efficiency.
