General Features

CHELAN ANTIFROST is a specially designed preparation of macronutrients and trace elements,in conjunction with other bio active agents, has its main aim to prepare plants to overcome stress from low temperatures and frost. When applied according to instructions it infiltrates into the interior parts of the cells, preparing them to endure conditions of late frost, when most cell functions have already been activated from the winter lethargy. The cell liquid (juice) acquires quickly a larger content of sacharides and proteins while crucially, The potassium and trace element content lowers the temperature within so as to avoid damage to cells and to a major extent the whole of the plant. CHELAN ANTIFROST, also prepares plants nutritionally, where by, after the period of frost it continues dynamically in the germination process with a result in greater performance in ripening and bearing. There are no restraining hormones or other decelerates that may delay growth development.

Application - Dosages

VEGETABLES – STRAWBERRIES:
At nurseries: apply 200c.c. per 100lt spraying solution.
After transplantation: apply 400c.c. per 100lt spraying solution.
Next application: apply 1000c.c. per 100lt spraying solution.
Repeat every 10 days, until there is no danger of frost.

FRUIT-BEARING TREES:
Apply first application by soil watering, 10 days before sprouting, at the rate of 1000c.c. per 100lt of water for 20 trees.
Repeat application until adequate foliage is formed, start foliar application at the rate of 1000c.c. per 100lt spraying solution.
Spraying can be continued until there is no danger of frost.
