Main Structure Features:

1.All steel welded structure,vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress,with good rigidity and stability.

2.Front and rear parts of below worktable install roll guiding device, slide up and down as the hydraulic main cylinder, ensure the up and down movement of the worktable with good depth of parallelism.

 Hydraulic system is simple, it is easy to run and maintenance.

3. The main cylinder is in the middle of the worktable, can control the crown when increase the  pressure, reduce the

insufficient of pressure in the middle.

4. The foot pedal bar may control the worktable at anytime, may make the worktable stopped at optional optional position whthin the stroke,good for bending on line ,after release the foot pedal bar,the below table will back to the original position, with high safty.

5.The stroke also may be adjusted the die point, short the stroke, improve the efficiency.

6.Controller system is from Japan, easy to operate.

7.The tool can be changed the position with the two side clamp,Avoid bending interference effectively Expanding the scope of the bend.

8.Two side clamp with special design,the tool will not fall down when release the clamp.
