600L double wall porter beer fermenter with perlick sample valve
The porter beer fermenter are also called CCT’s (Cylindrical Conical Tanks), FV’s (Fermentation Vessel),
primary fermentor or unitanks as they are used both for fermenting and lagering. Fermenting is the
process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagerings takes place after fermenting
and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.
The 600L porter beer fermenters are used in 300L/600L/1200L brewhouse.
It is suitable for microbreweries as a start business, it is also very good for the big restaurants.
It can be also used for seasonal brewery and market testing.
Whole body adopts certificated SUS304. Every details are strictly processed and controlled.

The 600L porter beer fermenter can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets
and are mostly equipped with accessories such as overpressure and under pressure valve, CIP cleaning jet,
sanitary sample valve, manhole,etc
Most breweries today use cylindro-conical vessels, or CCVs, which have a conical bottom and a cylindrical top.
The cone's aperture is typically around 60°, an angle that will allow the yeast to flow towards the cone's apex,
but is not so steep as to take up too much vertical space. CCVs can handle both fermenting and conditioning
in the same tank.

1. Welding: We abandoned the argon gas cylinder but adopt The Central System of Argon to make sure
the TIG welding with pure argon gas shield. We also increase the using amount of gas when welding, so
the quality of the welding line is more higher.
2.Dimpling: We adopt dimple plate rather than belt for glycol jacket, since it can increase the cooling area
and improve the speed of cooling. The most important thing in brewing process is to avoid contaminating,
that is to say the most important thing in producing beer equipment is to polish the inside tanks to 0.4~0.6
μm without dead corner.
3.Polishing: We use large-scale polishing equipment to polish the inside of the tanks -- all over the wall to
make sure there is no dead corner. You need not worry about there will be some bacterias remained after
cleaning.Some other manufacturers may not pay enough attention to the polishing, even some have no
polishing machine.
