l  Structure and Work Principle:

Three Main parts: Wave generator, Flex spline, Circular Spline

Wave Generator: Elliptic parts, driven by servo motor and deforms flex spline.

Flex spline : Most critical parts, small teeth outside and wave generator rotate inside.

Circulars Spline: Small teeth inside and mess with flex spline

Principle: In general, the flex spline teeth number is 2 or 4 fewer than that of circular spline. During the wave generator rotation, Wave generator causes the flex spline deform and hence generate rotation. If the circular spline is fixed, flex spline would rotate in low speed. Vice versa.
