Main feature of injection machine

1. Main injection unit is mounted in the center of the fixed plate. Side injection unit installs vertically upon the main unit with a certain oblique angle. It takes full of advantage of space without occupying larger floor space.
2. Main injection unit and side injection unit can be controlled separately and produce mixed color products as different requests.
3. There are various combination of main injection unit and side injection unit with different specification to satisfy customer's needs and achieve sandwich injection moulding with multi-materials.

1)We provide 6 months machine warranty for good running working order.
2) We dis-assemble and re-assemble machine.
3) We clean the hydraulic tank, oil cooler and filter.
4)We check and repair Hydraulic pump.
5)We check and replace defective toggle with new one.
6)We check Clamping Cylinder pressure in good working order.
7) We replace defective hydraulic parts.
8)We inspect Screw & Barrel, to ensure free from injection back-flow. 
9)Parts will be replaced if they do not meet the specific tolerances.
10)We check Control Cabinet completely and replace defective parts.
11) We replace oil seals and rings with leakage.
12)We replace defective ball-bearing of electric motor.
13)We test-run machines for at least 24 hours.
14)Machine is re-painted to look new.
