PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

White, UL certificated, super resistance to ultra violet(UV),

rain, contamination and hail. For sealing the side frames of

solar cell, sealing/adhesive the junction boxes of solar cell

and for sealing the solar energy lamps.

Solar panel produce flow chart
1. Preparation: preparation of raw materials.
2. Soldering cell: Sort solar cell, single soldering and string soldering.
3. Cutting material: EVA film and TPT back sheet.
4. Laying out: the material prepared in accordance with the technical requirements for tabbing
5. Laminating: laminate raw material in the laminator and solidify.
6. Fix box: cut the edge of the extra EVA an fix the junction box on the solar panel.

7. Testing: Test laminated solar panel after the performance, as required sorting.
