1. Brief introduction

PLBS Pole mounted SF6 load break switches are designed to meet growing requirements for

Reliability.

Switches filled with SF6 gas as the insulating and arc quenching medium with puffing

principle.

It can be used in 12kv,24kv,36kv overhead line. 

It has excellent load breaking and fault making capacity.

It has three kinds of operating mechanisms: manual, motor, intelligent

The basic mechanism is operator independent quick close and quick open spring toggle

mechanism. The motor operating mechanism is developed to meet the feeder automation in addition to the manual switch.

Surrounding temperature: upper limit +50°C, lower limit -40°C

Installation places: no fire, explosive risk, chemical corrosion or frequent severe vibration.

It is equipped to fill SF6 gas to the switch housing when necessary.

High gas pressure relief and alarm device

In order to prevent the gas pressure rises sharply, the high gas pressure anti-explosion relief device is equipped. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa to 0.6MPa ( 4-6 kg/cm²G ), pressure relief film releases the inner pressure. High gas pressure anti-explosion relief device is equipped in the opposite position of the manual operation handle.
