Following is machine application 

This machine consists of screw , barrel , hardened teeth gearbox , pin barrel , temperature control system , DC adjustable speed control system , etc. It is used to extrude various kind of rubber products , seals , strips , tubes , etc 

Following are machine features 

1.About Pin barre : The out of pin barrel is made of high quality carbon structural steel . And there is one Nitride steel bushing made of 38CrMoAla . The bushing is processed by high temperature aging treatment and its surface is processed by Nitrogen treatment . The hardness of the inside hole for pin barrel is HRC65-70 , the depth of chilled layer is 0.5-0.7MM , the circle of the out side for pin barrel are drilled with axial channel , which is used to cool and heat the barrel 

 2.The screw is made of high quality 38CrMoAla , and it is by high temperature aging treatment and surface are Nitrogen treatment . The hardness of spiral for screw can reach HRC 65-70 , and depth of chilled layer can reach 0.5-0.7mm . 

3.In the plastify and extruding stage , the spiral structure is equal depth-subsection - pitch change . In the part of material feed part , the spiral adopts the complex form including stud four head and groove head .

4.By adopting this structure , the screw can own features such as high hardness , strong material feeding ability , stable extruding pressure , low temperature and high production capacity .

4.The surface of feed roller and reverse slot are processed by high temperature aging treatment , hardness of surface can reach HRC65-68 , and depth of chilled layer is 0.6-0.9mm . Pair of chain is installed with separated lubrication system , and it is installed in the side of machine 

5.barrel of feeding material is made of  machine body , front bush and rear bush . bushing is made of 38CrMoAla . T

6.The bushing is processed by high temperature aging treatment and its surface is processed by Nitrogen treatment . 

7.The hardness of the inside hole for pin barrel is HRC65-70 , the depth of chilled layer is 0.5-0.7MM .The machine body is made of ZG250-500 , there is sandwich cavity , which is used to heat and cool the machine body 

8.Gearbox adopts the hardened teeth gearbox 

9.Driving motor adopts the Z4 DC adjustable motor . There is speed measuring motor in the driving motor 

10.The DC speed adjusting device adopts the SIMENS BRAND . There is cooling fan in the main cabinet
