Following is machine introduction 

Fully Automatic rubber injection and vulcanizing machine mainly consists of heating plate , injection rubber cylinder oil cylinder , piston , automatic PLC cabinet , automatic pull and push mold and out in device , automatic ejection device .

It can inject the rubber automatically , automatic vulcanization , automatic pull and push mold in and out , automatic knock out mold , etc 

Following are machine features 

1. Firstly , this machine owns function of automatic rubber injection . There is no need to cut the rubber into small pieces then put it into mold one by one . Just put the large piece rubber into injection whole , then machine will inject the rubber into cavity of mold automatically 

2. Secondly, this machine owns the funtion of automatic vulcanizing .After seting your vulcanization time  , vulcanization temperature , exhausting times  in this PLC cabinet , the machine will automatically close the mold , and vulcanization . After reaching time of vulcanization , the machine will automatically open the mold . 

3.Thirdly, this machine owns function of automatic push and pull the mold in and out . Afer mold opening , the automatical adjustabler rail device will push the bottom mold out 

4.Fourth, the machine will automatically knock the mold . After pushing the bottom mold out , the machine will knock the bottom bold . This is named 2 RT 

5.Fifth, this ejection device also can be design for 3 RT and 4  RT . 3 RT means your mold is three pieces , 4RT means your mold is 4 pieces 

6.Sixth , this machine is one unit structure . For trational type machine , the machine machine and hydraulic station is divied into 2 parts . While for our new structure , it is one unit 

7. The PLC cabinet , LED screen , and other main electrical spare part is from Japan or Germany 

8.All hydraulic station spare part is from Parker Brand from USA 

9.For sealings , our company adopts the sealing from the NOK brand , it is from Japan 

10.For heating plate , cylinder , piston and other metal sparepat , all are processed in the CNC machine center , ensuring it has high accuracy and good quality
