Fully Automatic rubber injection molding machine mainly consists of heating plate , oil cylinder , piston , automatic PLC cabinet , automatic pull and push mold and out in device , automatic ejection device .

It can not only automatic inject the rubber into the mold and automatically mold closing and opening , but can also push and pull the mold automatically , meanwhile it can also knock the mold out for easy working.

Main Features

1. Firstly , this machine owns the function of automatic injection rubber abd vulcanizing .After seting your vulcanization time , vulcanization temperature , exhausting times in this PLC cabinet , the machine will automatically close the mold , and vulcanization . After reaching time of vulcanization , the machine will automatically open the mold .

2.Secondly , this machine owns function of automatic push and pull the mold in and out . Afer mold opening , the automatica adjustable rail device will push the bottom mold out

3.Third, the machine will automatically knock the mold . After pushing the bottom mold out , the machine will knock the bottom bold . This is named 2 RT

4.Fourth , this ejection device also can be design for 3 RT and 4 RT . 3 RT means your mold is three pieces , 4RT means your mold is 4 pieces

5. Fifth , this machine is one unit structure . For trational type machine , the machine machine and hydraulic station is divied into 2 parts . While for our new structure , it is one unit

6. The PLC cabinet , LED screen , and other main electrical spare part is from Japan or Germany

7.All hydraulic station spare part is from Parker Brand from USA
