1.Description:

macaroni food extruder is improved and developed by Jinan Kelid Machinery Co., Ltd. combined with years of experience and foreign technology. This production line is fully automatic and easy to operate. It use wheat flour, corn starch, potato starch as main materials, through mixing, extruding, cutting and drying to produce various shapes pellets, such as shell, screw, square tube, circular tube, etc. After frying and flavoring, these pellets will become crispy and delicious snacks food which are popular with many people.

a.Functions:

1.Feeding system:0.75KW motor drive the screw in 

the feeder,then move the material into the extruder

The feeding speed is digitally controlled.

2.Extruded system: 22KW main motor drive the gear box,then run the screw.The screw thread is loose then tight.The pressure of barrel will be stronger to cook and shape the raw material. The extruded speed is digital controlled.

3.Heating and cooling system:There are some heating 

ring and cooling water jacket outside of the barrel.

Thermocouple measure the barrel temperature all the time,the heat or cool the barrel automatically.

4.Vacuum system: Follow the Europe and America technology,adopt special vacuum pump draw out the air inside the barrel. This technology will avoid the bubble inside the pasta product,make the pasta glossy and chewy.

5.Cutting system:1.1KW motor drive the knife block with the knife,then cut the pasta out of the mould into various shapes.The cutting speed is digital controlled.

1.Frequency speed controlling system makes machine stable performance and saving.

2.The screw are made by alloy steel and special craft,durable usage,high pressure,the screw life is longer.

3.Adopting the building block structure and combining willingly according to the different demand.
