Gold Separator is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal. It is also

used for separating nonmetal, such as fluorite and talcum.

Each unit of flotation consists of two tanks. The first tank contains feeding pipe for sucking the pulp.

The second tank is auto flowing tankor direct flowing tank. There are middle chamber between the

two tanks. Below, the pulp is two connected together. The impeller is on the lower part of main shaft .

There are belt wheel on the upper part of main shaft for motor driving. The air is sucked by feeding

pipe. The pulp level in each unit is adjusted by sluice gate. There are cover plate and air cylinder
above the impeller. There is hole in the air cylinder for install feeding pulp pipe. The middle pulp pipe

is used for pulp recycling and the size of hole can be adjusted by tension rod.

The Gold machine is the machine which completes the flotation process directly. It consists of

stirring area, separating area and foam area from bottom to the top. The separating are is the key

area for pulp to form the mineralized foam. So the sufficient cubage and hight shall be ensured.

And there shall be form obvious boundary from stirring area.
