I. Copper Ore Beneficiation  Specification & Appliciation

The raw copper includes native copper, copper oxide ore, Copper sulphide ore. The first option is to copper industry is native copper.

But the native copper is rarely. So the industry copper used chalcopyrite, chalcocite, bornite, cuprite and malachite which includes copper, instead of native copper. 

For the industrial copper manufacture, the mining copper or blasted copper, should be loaded to copper crushing plant by a heavy copper truck.

II. Copper  Ore  Beneficiation Plant

1. Crushing stage. The copper ore should be transported into copper jaw crusher, copper impact crusher or copper cone crusher for the primary crusher by belt conveyor. 

2.Grinding stage. After first copper crushing process, the copper ore less than 25mm will be transported into copper grinding mill ball mill for grinding. 

The copper above25mm will be vibrating and recovery for the second crusher process. The processing will be going on until the copper ore below 25mm. 

3.Separation stage. After grinding the fine -200 mesh copper powder be fed into the flotation separator for flotation processing . Also the flotation sell add in the agent, or mixing the agent in the agitator before flotation separation.

4. Filtering or Drying stage. The end concentrate can trough the filer or the dryer for drying it.
