Introduction

1. Warranty

Seller hereby assures that the equipment covered fully complies with the contract in quality and quantity.  Seller provides 12 month warranty period. If the machine need repair during this period, the seller shall dispatch technician to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, accommodation and the application of visa during the repairing period. During this period, the seller will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and send the parts by courier. But the freight charge for the defective parts should be paid by the buyer’s side. Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of buyer’s side, the seller will not supply buyer for free.

1. Installation and Training  

The buyer pays for the round air ticket, accommodation and the application of visa. The installation fee and Training fee is free.

 1.we need install and test the machine working condition before delivery t customer country 

 2.if you need our engineers install and teach you how to operate machine,we also can send our engineers to your country,but need you bear all fee,tickets,food ,hotel and salary 60usd/day per engineer

3.our machine has one year warranty ,during this period,if probelms casued by our machine quality ,we will change all parts for you by free fee.
