This is the control platform. The size of the control platform is L3m*W2.52m*H0.7m and it is automatic controlled by a touch screen and PLC operation system. We use the Simens electronic appliance . It can instore more than 200 forulatons.

This machine is mostly used to produce large-scale continuously foaming production (density is about 6 to 100 kg/m³ ) . It adopts the advanced touch screen and PLC Operation System , its automatization level is high , the production is low-cost and the quality fo foam is outstanding .

user can store different formulations and adjust the formulation anytime , which makes the control of cost more scientific and visual. apply to mattress, furniture interiors, bra, footwear, electronic, packing, clothing, Automotive ,aviation etc. The machine has a fully automatic and manual control modes, easy to operate
