 AML - Ⅲ duct automatic production line, equipped with feeding frame, tray, into the feeder roller, block material, leveling embossing machine, hydraulic Angle of attack and hydraulic plate shears, level had been achieved motor speed, speed stability.

 7>Manual mode

8>Automatic operation

Can choose cutting mode in the automatic operation mode, duct model.

9> Cutting mode

 In cutting mode, will be moved forward to the guillotine shears blade position and shearing. Then enter 

 leveling shearing length, set the number of shear, to count the number of original reset, touch Automatic

 leveling start key, production line can run automatically, touch the Automatic leveling stop key production 

 line to stop working.

10>Duct model

   Under the mode of air duct, input the corresponding data in each step, choose folded plate and not 

   folded plate, after the completion of the input press next page into automatic mode

 11>Automatic mode

 In automatic mode input formula number first, and then touch automatic work start key, production

 line will be automatically processed product has set in advance, touch automatic work stop keys

 12>Parameter setting
