Overview

KYN 61-40.5 Removable AC metal-clad switchgear (short for switchgear as below) applies to 40.5KV, 3 phase, AC and 50/60HZ electrical power network for receiving and distributing power energy and also for control, monitor and protection. It is applicable in general power system and occasions with frequent operation. 

Structure instruction

KYN61 - 40.5 type armoured metal closing switch device is mainly composed of two parts the cabinet and circuit breaker handcart etc.. The cabinet body is divided into a circuit breaker chamber (also known as the cart chamber), bus room, cable chamber and low pressure chamber four separate compartments. Shell protection class IP4X, open the door when the circuit breaker protection class IP3X. The breaker handcart is composed of two parts of circuit breaker and chassis components, and has import and wire, cable, overhead line contact measurement, import, isolation and other function scheme.

Main characteristics

1. KYN61-40.5 high voltage switch cabinet, cabinet put oneself in another's position structure USES the packaged, circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor structure;

2. The integrated design of the vacuum circuit breaker is optional ZN85-40.5 (3 av3) and production of ABB VD4 40.5 SF2, schneider SF6 circuit breaker, areva FP4025D SF6 circuit breaker, the same circuit breaker interchangeability and replacement easy;

3. The screw nut are installed in the handcart frame feed mechanism, overrunning clutch, it can move easily handcart, and prevent damage of wrong operation and its agencies;

4. All operations under the cupboard door closed, to ensure the safety of operators;

5. The main switch, handcart, switch cupboard door interlock between adopt mandatory mechanical locking mode, meet the "five prevention" function; Cable interior space is full, can connect cables; Rapid grounding switch is used for ground and short circuit loop;

6. IP3X protection grade, handcart room door open and protection grade IP2X between each compartment.
