1.Equipment Introduction

2.Product Features

     The cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, and its structure is installed by 8MF cold-formed steel partially welded; its structure accessories and special matching accessories are matched supplied by the profile steel production plant, which can assure the precision and quality of cabinet.

• The accessories of cabinet are designed according to the module theory with 20 mounting holes and high general factor, which increase the working efficiency. 
•  The design of GGD cabinet completely considers the heat emission during the running of cabinet. The two ends of the cabinet have different quantity of holes. The below end slot holes are complemented to the enter cabinet which makes the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation road from top to down and achieves the purpose of heat emission.
• GGD cabinet is accord with the demands of modern industrial products design. Its new appearance is beautiful.
• The cabinet is connected with structure by rotating active hinge. It is convenient to be installed and dismantled. There is a type rubber bar on the dismantled place, which forms a certain degree of compression stroke between the door and structure when the door is closed and prevents the cabinet from the direct collision and upgrade the doors protective level.
•  The coating on the surface of cabinet adopts the plastic spray process which has strong adhesion and good qualitative sense.
• The coping of the cabinet can be removed at the necessary time which is convenient to assemble and adjust the generatrix. The four angles of the cabinet top are installed hoist rings which are used for lifting and shipping.
• The cabinets protective level is IP30. Users can select the level between IP20-IP40 according to the requirement of using and actual environment.
