Deluxe UV coating are widely used in cosmetics and consumer electronics. Deluxe UV coatings are formulated to be compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, ABS/SAN plastic , metal,glass substrates.Deluxe UV  coatings can be fine tuned for your specific requirements.

Deluxe UV Curable Topcoats
Deluxe cure UV topcoats are ideal for the cosmetic packaging and consume electronics industry. These solvent-based coatings offer exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance. These coatings will pass all common product compatibility tests, and the finished product can be bulk packed without damaging appearance. Deluxe UV topcoats can be formulated with special effect pigments and can be modified to accept hot stamp foil and over printing.

Shipping and Storage
UV Curable Products are not susceptible to damage until blow 5℃.
 Keep away from fire.
Avoid direct sunlight.
 It is recommended to store the product at room temperature or a cool holding area.Keep all product away from excessively hot conditions, specifically do not store at temperatures above 40℃.
 Product temperature will effect viscosity, thereby effecting spray, roll coat, flow coat, etc. characteristics.  
 The product compositions contain solvent reducers that will require special storage rooms to comply with local and state fire codes.
