JN PAM-1106  cultural paper specific reinforcing agent

v  Function

WT cultural paper specific reinforcing agent is mainly used for copperplate base paper, offset paper, xerographic paper, and newsprint paper and other cultural paper. This enhancer uses a special technique to synthetic cationic stability further improved. This product is in neutral papermaking conditions, better than the PAM and has good drainability and retention effects, better absorption of the slurry and reduce the loss of small fibers, play an enhanced effect of stability.

This product has made further improvement of the stability of radical cation through the use of special synthetic techniques. This product,  in neutral papermaking conditions ( without adding aluminium sulfate ), has better drainability, better retention effects, better absorption of the slurry than common PAM. It reduces the loss of small fibers, and the strengthening effect is constant.

v  Specification

v  Usage

Product diluted with cool water, dilution factor is generally 15 to 30 times. Fully mixed and adding to the slurry, adding amount about 10 ~ 20KG / T paper.Normally the adding should be at the entrance of the machine chest, head box and fan pump.

v  Caution

Use plastic or stainless steel as a product tank, dilution tanks, piping and other materials, Such as the use of ferrous materials will cause corrosion ,the product cause the phenomenon of tackifier, reduced enhancement. Do not mix with other chemicals, the product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.

200 kg  1000 kg  plastic drum or according to customer requirements.
