v  Function

With the expansion of the application of wet strength paper in many fields, the production and consumption of wet strength paper has been increasing year by year, resulting in the corresponding increase of wet strength broke and wet strength waste paper during production and consumption.  This has caused problems for factories that produce and use wet strength paper: Even with extended beating time, the quality of the stock is low.

JN WA-1119 Wet Strength Dissociation Agent is a high-tech product specially used for the dissociation of various types of wet strength paper. It effectively decomposes and destroys the wet strength of wet strength paper and solves the beating problem once for all. The stock can be used directly for production after dissociation by JN WA-1119 Wet Strength Dissociation Agent with no need for washing, which significantly lowers the production cost.

v  Usage

Adding place should be at pulper. Temperature of water should be higher than 65°C, add protopine, adjust the PH of water to 10 or above, then add waster paper and JN-1,stir for 30-45 minutes.( use beater or disc mill if possible)

 v  Usage

To achieve the desired effect, add this product first when it is used in conjunction with other auxiliary agents.. When used in conjunction with many cationic polymers (such as PPE Wet Strength Agent or Retention & Filter Aid), the product should be added last instead of first. When in use, disperse and dilute the product with 20-30 times of fresh water or warm water until the it’s fully dispersed in water (milky liquid) after stirring, then add it to the stock proportioner to mix with the pulp to the fullest extent. The dosage of the product depends on the actual requirements for paper expansion. Under normal circumstances l ~ 2kg of the product is required for 1 ton of paper while 3 ~ 4kg is required for some special requirements (such as for the expansion of paper towel).

v  Caution

As the Paper Expanding Agent is very powerful in paper expansion and swelling, the paper sheet might have coarse grain if too high a dosage is applied. Therefore,to achieve the best result, try to make the product fully dissolved and lower the concentration of the diluted product as much as possible. While doing so, make sure that the product have uniform and even contact with the pulp fibre. The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C - 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
