v  Function

JND-10 stickies control agent is a cationic polymer of intermediate molecular weight which penetrates into the deposits, destroys its inner dense structure and weakens its cohesion, thereby the deposits can be easily flushed out of the system.  The product is particularly suitable for stocks with a high partition ration of mechanical pulp and waste paper pulp. It effectively removes the pitch in the mechanical pulp and dislodges the stickies in the waste paper papermaking system, thus preventing the formation of pitch troubles and deposition of stickies on many important equipments such as felt, dryer cylinder and so on.

v  Usage

The dosage of JND-10 depends on charge conditions of the papermaking system The general dosage is 0.5 ~ 1.0KG for one ton of paper. The product can be added directly to the pulp from storage tank without being diluted through quantitative pump which is consistent with the viscosity of the product and then it should be mixed thoroughly with the pulp. But the product, when being diluted 1 to 10 times, can mix better with paper materials. Adding point can be added between fan pump and head box where pulp concentration is lower.

v  Caution

This product is acidic, avoid direct contact with skin. In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. This product should be stored in a cool and shady place ( 5 ~ 30 ), avoid freezing and sun exposure.

25 kg,200 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
