GW6AⅢ disconnector is researched and developed by ourselves, which has reached the perfect standards of SGCC. Moving contact-head system of the disconnector adopts scissors type structure, nice appearance, excellent electric and mechanical performance, good corrosion-prevention and anti-seismic function. 

Product Features:

GW6A Ⅲ series is single column, 2 arms, vertically contact break, (scissors type) disconnector, can be equipped with JW7 Type earthing switch. The disconnector standard configuration adopts CJTKA type motor operated mechanism with 3 poles interlocking manipulation. Earthing switch adopts CS17A type manual operated mechanism with 3 poles interlocking manipulation. It can be equipped with CJTKB motor operated mechanism according to different requirements.

1), GW6A Ⅲ series disconnector is single column, vertically contact break, double arms folding structure. Blade switching is clearly visible, convenient for patrol. Short distance between phases, small longitudinal space occupation when blade closing, quite convenient for busbar disconnector. Clamps on moving contact-head have wide connection range and powerful ice-breaking ability.

2), conductive joint adopts flexible connection for transition. There are no moving connecting points on hinged parts of all fixed power conductive contact surface, which have been painted with sealant to prevent water and humid air infiltration. This treatment has greatly strengthened its power conductivity, power flow and corrosion-prevention ability.

3), main loop circuit adopts solid, high-quality and high-conductivity aluminum-alloy materials, anodic oxidation treatment on conductive tubes surface, which enables it high mechanical strength and corrosion-prevention.

4), transmission case for main blade adopts wholly-sealed structure. Transmission lever, balancing spring and clamping linkage are all placed inside of the case, which handled both birds nesting inside and transmission failure caused by outside environmental impact.
