standard type jacket ferment tank

Our ferment tank is standard type, which uses jacket tank under 6 m3 nominal volume. The cooling or heating of fermented gas is completed by jacket. When nominal volume is over 6 m3, the cooling of fermented gas is finished by vertical tubes and we have updated the tube connection inside tank to avoid too many or useless drillings on tank body. Such continuous model ensures the satisfying effect in real use. Ferment tank can be classified as two sorts: one is cone of deterioration ferment (like alcohol ferment) and the other is tank of gas ferment (like standard, 5-type and self-absorption), among which standard tank is used mostly. The designing drawings of our ferment tank series belong to standard tank. Coming to various specifications of ferment equipments, the designed structure is so strict to ensure enough strength and service life and reduce device’s inner assemblies as much as possible. The smooth surface considers of good contacts of gas and steam as well as mixing feature of steam and solid to guarantee the effective material transfer and gas exchange. Enough heat exchange area can ensure ferment at the most suitable temperature. Paying high attention to equipment’s airtightness can promise the sterilization.
