1. Superior Toughness: Metallocene polyethylene (PE-D) has an elongation at break of 1000% (per raw material tests), significantly enhancing the coating’s ability to absorb impact and resist cracking. 2. Enhanced Stress Cracking Resistance: ESC performance reaches 340-460 hours, far exceeding the 1-24 hours of non-metallocene grades (PE-A, PE-B). This prevents coating failure caused by internal stress in battery box corners or structural stabilizations.
