Product Description

Polyquaternium-4 acts as a conditioning agent, hair fixative, and film former. It is a cationic cellulosic polymer with excellent performance in skin and hair care products. It has good combability, gloss, holding and antistatic properties.

It is plant-sourced material with low toxicity and irritation.
It offers excellent substantivity to hair and skin without build-up.
It forms clear, glossy, and tough films and provides excellent high-humidity curl retention.
Polyquat L420KC is used in conditioning styling mousse, skin conditioner mousses, hair spray, cream rinse conditioners, conditioning hair lotions, blowing waving lotions, setting lotions, and skin lotions for dry skin.
It is China (IECIC) compliant.
It has a shelf-life of 24 months.
