IS200TREGH2B is a gas turbine emergency trip terminal board in the Speedtronic Mark VI series manufactured by General Electric (GE). Here are its detailed specifications:

Function and Purpose

It is designed to supply power to three emergency trip solenoid valves, controlled by an I/O controller. It works in conjunction with the TRPG board: IS200TREGH2B provides the positive pole of DC power for the emergency trip solenoid valves, while the TRPG board supplies the negative pole. When critical operating conditions occur in the gas turbine (such as overspeed, excessive vibration, or abnormal temperature), it triggers the shutdown procedure by controlling the solenoid valves to cut off fuel supply or activate protective mechanisms. As such, it is a key component of the turbine safety system, directly related to equipment and operational safety.

Rated Voltage: 24V DC, specifically designed for 24V DC application scenarios, matching the standard power supply of the Mark VI system.
Power Redundancy: A combination of diodes in the on-board connectors (JX1, JY1, and JZ1) provides redundant power for status feedback circuits and energy-saving relays, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to critical components even if a single power path fails.

9 relays are grouped into three sets (3 relays per set), used for voting control of trip solenoid valves. This voting mechanism ensures that the trip command is only executed when multiple relays confirm the fault signal, reducing false shutdowns caused by single-point errors.
The remaining 4 smaller relays are responsible for auxiliary functions, such as status signal transmission, power supply switching, and external alarm triggering.
