The guide spacing is reasonably calculated, and the extended linear bearing is used to ensure stability; the screw and the motor are transmitted by synchronous belts, and the rotation circumference is relatively small and the precision is relatively high, which can avoid the error caused by the non-parallelism of the two guides during the front and back operation of the paper pusher, ensuring the left and right cutting consistency. The paper pusher adopts an upper encircling design, with two-point support and three-point fixation, and the paper pusher will not deform under long-term impact.

5. Dual-mode paper pressing method: mechanical foot pedal + electronic paper pressing switch, the mechanical foot pedal is convenient for cutting uneven paper, saddle stitch booklets, printing tilt, and high-precision products. Electronic paper pressing switch: It can press the paper continuously without stepping on it all the time. Especially when cutting saddle stitch, you can first use the mechanical foot pedal to position the saddle stitch text and then use the electronic paper pressing switch to press the paper continuously.
