In the booming wave of modern high technology and new materials, surface modification of mineral powders has become an indispensable key link. Powder Surface Modification Technology
Through surface modification, mineral powders can significantly improve compatibility between inorganic mineral fillers and organic polymers, enhance interfacial bonding strength, increase mechanical properties and overall material performance. Furthermore, it enables higher filler loading capacity, reduces production costs, and imparts specialized physicochemical characteristics to end products.
However, most conventional non-metallic minerals exhibit poor compatibility with organic polymer matrices due to mismatched interfacial properties. Direct incorporation or high-volume filling often leads to degradation of certain mechanical properties. Therefore, surface modification of inorganic mineral fillers becomes critically important.

When the SLG type modifier processes materials, the moisture content of the raw materials is required to be ≤1%.
Too high a moisture content may affect the modification effect and may even have an adverse effect on the operation of the equipment, such as causing material agglomeration and modifier hydrolysis failure, so the moisture content of the material must be controlled within the specified range.
