ICS Triplex T8161B 1. Product Overview

The ICS Triplex T8161B is a high-performance triple-redundant digital input module as part of the ICS Triplex Trusted? system. Adopting a Triple Module Redundancy (TMR) architecture, the module processes data through three independent channels and uses a 2oo3 (two-out-of-three) voting mechanism to ensure safe operation even when a single channel fails. It is suitable for safety-critical applications with extremely high reliability requirements, such as petrochemical, power, and rail transit industries.
