False Tripping: May be caused by improper protection parameter settings (e.g., excessively low overload protection threshold). External electromagnetic interference may also be the cause; check whether the equipment is well-grounded and if it is too close to strong electromagnetic devices, and adopt solutions such as adding shielding measures or optimizing grounding.

No Protection Action: May be due to a fault in the measurement circuit, leading to incorrect detection of current/voltage signals. Inspect whether components in the internal measurement circuit are damaged and replace the corresponding components if necessary. Faulty relay contacts may also prevent normal power cutoff; measure the on-off status of the contacts and replace the relay if the contacts are damaged.
