Triple Redundancy architecture: It adopts a triple redundancy (TMR) design, with three identical sub-circuits operating in parallel. It is suitable for occasions with extremely high safety requirements, such as the monitoring system of key equipment in nuclear power plants.
High safety level certification: Passed international safety standard certifications such as SIL 3 and IEC 61508. Fast response feature: It has rapid signal processing and response capabilities, capable of responding to input signals within a short period of time and promptly triggering corresponding control actions. For instance, in the safety control of chemical reaction vessels, digital signals from temperature switches and pressure transmitters can be quickly collected, and the safety pressure relief valve and the agitator shutdown logic can be rapidly linked to prevent dangerous situations such as overheating and explosion.
Rich communication interfaces: Equipped with multiple communication interfaces, it can be conveniently connected and interact data with other devices and systems. It supports multiple communication protocols and can work in coordination with devices from different manufacturers, facilitating integration into complex industrial control systems to achieve system expansion and integration.
Strong anti-interference capability: It has excellent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and strong anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) ability, and can operate stably in a strong electromagnetic interference environment. For example, in the electromagnetic environment of high-voltage equipment such as power system substations, it can ensure accurate signal transmission and processing, and no action occurs.
Wide operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is generally from -40 ℃ to + 85℃, which can adapt to harsh industrial environments. Whether it is a high-temperature steel and metallurgy workshop or a low-temperature outdoor oil and gas extraction site, it can maintain stable performance.
Convenient diagnosis and maintenance: It is equipped with a self-diagnostic function, which can monitor its own working status in real time. Once a fault is detected, it will alarm promptly and output fault information through indicator lights or communication interfaces, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate faults. Some also support hot-swappable functionality, allowing faulty modules to be replaced while the system is running without the need to stop the machine, thereby reducing the impact on the production process.
Application field
Offshore drilling platform safety system: As the core processor of SIS (Safety Instrumented System), it receives digital signals such as wellhead pressure and flammable gas concentration, and executes emergency shutdown (ESD) logic. When leakage or overpressure is detected, it quickly triggers valve cut-off and equipment shutdown through triple redundant control to prevent explosion accidents.
Long-distance pipeline monitoring and protection: Connect pipeline flow switches and valve status signals, ensure fault tolerance of data processing through the TMR architecture, and perform pressure relief and isolation operations in a coordinated manner when pipeline leakage or abnormal pressure occurs, in compliance with safety standards in the petroleum industry such as API 11S8.
Nuclear power plant safety-level control: As the core processor of the Reactor Protection System (RPS), it collects key signals such as the temperature of the pressure vessel and the rotational speed of the steam turbine. Through triple redundancy, it executes the "three out of two" voting logic and triggers emergency shutdown (SCRAM) when the reactor overheats or overspeeds, which complies with the IEEE 384 nuclear safety standard.
Gas turbine protection and control: Monitor the signals of vibration sensors and shaft displacement switches. The processor calculates the equipment status in real time. When abnormal vibration or shaft displacement exceeds the standard is detected, a trip signal is quickly output to prevent impeller damage and meet the ISO 10884 mechanical safety specification.
Substation relay protection system: It connects the switch signals of current and voltage transformers and, through anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) design, stably executes relay protection logic in high-voltage electromagnetic environments, such as transformer overload protection and short-circuit tripping of lines.
