Functional characteristics
Precise temperature control: By adopting the intelligent fuzzy PID temperature control algorithm, it can ensure extremely small temperature fluctuations. It simultaneously supports multiple temperature sensor inputs such as analog quantity, thermal resistance, and thermocouple collection, and can meet the temperature measurement requirements of different industrial scenarios.
Flexible configuration: It provides multiple bus protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet-RT, Modbus-RTU, and Modbus-TCP /IP, facilitating integration with PLCS or upper computer systems of different brands. It supports multiple monitoring and debugging methods such as panel operation, bus monitoring and serial port debugging. Debugging can be achieved even without a PLC. In addition, the module is equipped with multiple PID algorithms and supports dual PID control, allowing for flexible selection of the most suitable mode for the working environment.
Easy to use: Equipped with a liquid crystal display screen and panel operation buttons, users can directly set parameters and monitor on the device. The operation is intuitive and convenient, and debugging can be completed quickly. It also provides DIP switches or DIP switches, making it convenient for users to set station addresses, communication parameters, etc. Moreover, it has a one-click self-tuning function, reducing the learning cost.
High reliability: It adopts a modular design, with a rich variety of input and output types. Expansion modules can be freely combined, enhancing the flexibility and reliability of the system.
