5. Example of operation flow

Spray test chamber (IPX6 test)

Fix the sample on the test bench and adjust the nozzle distance to 3 meters.

Start the high pressure water pump, adjust the water pressure to 100kPa, flow rate 100 L/min.

Keep spraying for 3 minutes to check whether water enters inside.

Rain shower test chamber (IPX4 test)

The sample is placed in the center of 360° pendulum tube.

Set the flow rate to 10 L/min and the pendulum tube rotates at full speed.

Continuous test for 10 minutes to evaluate all-round splash protection.

6. Maintenance and Calibration
