Our flux core welding wire with 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm can be packed in 50 kg/Coil with waterpoof packing and Desiccant, or packed in 15 kg/Coil with vacuum packing. The Quality guarantee period are over one year in the dry condition. In our Coils are no Joint, so that during the welding process will be no current interruption to break the welding process.

Our flux core welding wire with diameter 2.8 mm, 3.2 mm or 4.0 mm can be packed 100~250 kg/Drum without a joint.We guarantee good performance regarding no cleaning slag, low welding spatter, smooth surface, high welding efficiency and a transistion coefficient above 0.9.

In our Laboratory there are the Rockwell Hardness tester to test the Hardness of the small welding samples, the portable Spectrum to test the chemical compostion easily at the work pieces on the scene, the portable Hardness tester to test the Hardness easily at the work pieces on the scene and the portable ultrasonic thickness measurement instrument to test the thickness easily and accurate.

There are also abrasion resistance testing machine and a series of metallograhy experiment instruments, so the metallurgical microstructure and wear resistance can be tested.

Jiangsu Wodon Wear Resistant Material Co., Ltd is located in Jiangsu city, China's northern international shipping center. In the pictures you can also see our equipment in our laboratory. Our inspection team make regular testing on raw material, production process and our products according our company's strict policy.
