2. Product Features:

III. Brief description of working principle:

The input voltage of AC or DC passes through the "input notch" circuit to the "rectifier filter" circuit to obtain a high-voltage DC voltage. "Power conversion" converts high-voltage DC into high-frequency AC, which is converted to the required output voltage through a high-frequency transformer, and then the output voltage is obtained through high-frequency rectification and filtering. The control circuit samples the output voltage and output current, and generates a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal after closed-loop feedback to control the "power conversion" circuit to keep the output voltage or current stable.

The "auxiliary power supply" is also composed of a switching power supply. Since the industrial frequency transformer is completely eliminated, it has AC and DC compatible input functions. The output voltage regulation and constant current are controlled from the output side to ensure stability and reliability. The "protection circuit" provides fan temperature control, overheating protection, output overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection.

4. Operation method and precautions:

Unpacking: Check the accessories in the box when unpacking.

Check before powering on: Check the damage of the power supply that has been stored and transported before powering on, such as whether the screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp, etc. If the above phenomena occur, they should be handled promptly and properly.

There is a delay of (1 to 5) seconds when starting the machine. Before operation, the required output voltage should be pre-adjusted when the output end is not connected to a load, or the output voltage should be checked first, or the "voltage adjustment" potentiometer should be pre-adjusted to the minimum; the connected power cord should ensure that sufficient current can pass through, and the cross-sectional area of the copper wire of the input power cord for every 1 kilowatt of input power should be no less than 0.75mm²; the positive and negative poles of the output line are determined according to the length of the output line and the current passing through, usually the cross-sectional area of the copper wire for every 3-6A current is 1mm²; when the cross-sectional area of the output line is not enough, multiple lines can be connected in parallel to meet the required requirements; the wiring should be connected to the safety ground wire and the input power line according to the mark on the rear baffle, and confirm that the connection is correct and the joint is firm. Pay attention to whether the voltage of the input power supply connected to the customized specification power supply is consistent with the nominal voltage in the manual.
