The normal package of Production of Coal Briquette Making Process is wooden box (Size: L*W*H). Normally the wooden box will be fumigated according to export countries rules. If container is too tighter,we will use PEfilm for packing or pack it according to customers special request. Spare parts is put into wooden case or steel box, big machines loaded in container, large machines use nude packing, cover with plastic cloth. Coke Ball Press Machine
Coke Ball Press Machine Structure:
(1) We offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic
Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
(2) Because charcoal powder is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
(3) We also produce briquetting equipment, Coke Ball Press Machine: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal briquette machine, which can press charcoal powder two times.
