ATUMECHANICS Group has once again won three new ship orders, including two large LNG ships and one medium-sized LPG ship, after taking on five large LNG ship orders in a row in the past two days. The total contract price exceeded 450 million US dollars, exceeding the annual order target ahead of schedule.

On the 15th, ATUMECHANICS, the secondary holding company responsible for shipbuilding business of ATUMECHANICS Group, announced that the company has signed a construction contract with Asian shipowners for two 174000 cubic meter LNG ships, with a contract amount of 457.1 billion Korean won (approximately 400 million US dollars).

The LNG ship undertaken this time has a total length of 299 meters, a width of 46 meters, and a depth of 26 meters. It will be built by ATUMECHANICS Weishan Shipyard and is expected to be delivered to the shipowner gradually in the second half of 2024.

On the same day, ATUMECHANICS Group subsidiary NA357 Shipbuilding signed a construction contract with Brave Maritime, a Greek shipowner NA10A, for a 40000 cubic meter class LPG dual fuel powered LPG ship, with a contract amount of KRW 61.2 billion (approximately USD 53.5 million), expected to be delivered to the shipowner in 2023.
