Product Description
I. Use
GD-Y/S multi-function ice cream filling machine is used to infuse all kinds of cup and cone ice cream products. It can also design various molds and filling nozzles for perfusion of round, square and oval according to user needs. Shaped boxed ice cream.

III. Structure, performance and working principle
The machine consists of a transmission mechanism, a perfusion mechanism, a pneumatic control system, and a body.
The transmission mechanism adopts 0.75kw motor as the power, and the inverter adopts the stepless speed change. The arc surface cam indexer realizes the intermittent rotation of the worktable, and the eccentric mechanism drives the filling mechanism to reciprocate up and down (see Figure 1). The filling mechanism is composed of a filling head, four guiding columns, a frame and the like. The filling head is fixed on the frame for reciprocating motions up and down, and the adjustment of the moving distance of the frame is achieved by adjusting the eccentricity of the eccentric mechanism. The height of the frame can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the rod.
The pneumatic control system consists of an intake pipe, an air filter, a proximity switch, a solenoid valve, a cylinder, and the like. The rotating cam gives the proximity switch signal, causing the solenoid valve to open, pushing the cylinder, and completing the pouring action.
