Product Description
The surface of the drying cylinder can be thermally sprayed with a tungsten carbide wear-resistant ceramic+nano composite non stick coating, which not only solves the problem of drying cylinder sticking, but also solves the problems of corrosion and drying cylinder wear. By applying bonding agents to improve the bonding ability between the coating and the surface of the workpiece, a network structure is formed with the bonding agent after sintering. The surface of the drying cylinder is coated with Teflon coating instead of the original drying cylinder scraper device, effectively solving the problems of cleaning and maintenance of mechanical equipment caused by material adhesion or corrosion during the production process.
