Hydrothermal Homogeneous Reactor

●The hydrothermal homogeneous reactor consists of a chamber, a temperature control system and a blast circulation system.

●The box body is made of high quality steel plate, the surface is sprayed with plastic, the inner liner is made of high quality mirror stainless steel plate. The heat insulation layer is filled with mineral wool and the door is equipped with a temperature control instrument display and operating buttons.

●The main component of the temperature control system is the temperature controller. It is a digital circuit controller with a CPU programmable processor (temperature controller for short). The temperature controller uses an LCD blue display with user-friendly screen display and PID adjustment features, timing control, temperature control error correction, deviation alarm protection and other functions. A Pt100 platinum resistance is used as the temperature sensing element, a metal tube heater as the heating element and the temperature controller form a closed loop heating control system.

●The blast circulation system consists of a fan and a duct. The operation of the fan forces the circulation of hot and cold air in the working chamber, thus improving the uniformity of the temperature field in the working chamber.

●This series of products has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, small overshoot, small fluctuation and deviation over temperature protection. An independent over-temperature protection system can be added according to the user's needs to improve the safety performance of the product.
